About the Artist

Hello! I'm Laila, and I'm 18 years old. This all started when my dad got his pilot's license a couple years ago and only had his card to show for it. I thought, wouldn't it be better to get a certificate or a plaque to show and commemorate all the hard work that was put in? Well, that's where I come in! A little bit of research later, I learned how to laser engrave it into a wooden panel and frame it for you and BAM! There's your personalized plaque recognizing all your hard work!

It took me a while to perfect the plaques. Lots of setting changes, and using different materials, and wood finishing methods to figure it all out. But what came of it is completely worth it. I can proudly say that all of the plaques are sanded, lacquered, and framed to the best of my ability for quality and longevity.

Order Processing and Shipping

  • It typically takes me around 5 days to process/make your order after you've approved it.
  • You will receive an email notification letting you know that your order has been shipped.
  • Orders should arrive within 2-8 business days after being shipped.

Refunds and Returns

There's typically no reason for me to have something returned to me, as the products are personally customized.

However, if something you receive ends being incorrect even after the approval process, I will remake your item and ship it to you for free.
